By accessing or using BioRadar (bioradar.io), operated by BioRadar (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BioRadar is a biotech stock signal dashboard that aggregates publicly available financial data, clinical trial information, FDA filings, insider trading records, and other market data. The service includes free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Not Financial Advice
BioRadar does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information provided through the service — including AI-generated briefings, trade setups, sentiment analysis, and signal alerts — is for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from BioRadar.
We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan: Includes up to 3 watchlist tickers with basic data access. No credit card required.
Premium Plan ($15/month): Includes unlimited tickers, BioRadar Scanner, AI Trade Setups, email alerts, and all premium features. Billed monthly via Stripe.
6. Billing and Cancellation
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Upon cancellation:
- You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
7. Data Accuracy
BioRadar aggregates data from third-party sources including ClinicalTrials.gov, SEC EDGAR, Finnhub, Yahoo Finance, and others. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data is complete, accurate, or current. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.
You acknowledge that:
- Stock prices may be delayed up to 15 minutes or more
- Clinical trial data reflects publicly filed information which may not be current
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations
- FDA calendar dates are estimates and subject to change
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service
- Redistribute, resell, or republish BioRadar data commercially
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
- Use the service for market manipulation or any illegal purpose
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent ticker limits
9. Intellectual Property
The BioRadar service, including its design, code, AI models, and original content, is owned by BioRadar. Third-party data remains the property of its respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIORADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BioRadar harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your investment decisions.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
